The Technology Age has everyone wanting a new toy every other month, and thankfully they keep supplying them, everything from cellphones that can multi-task to battery operated cars with built in GPS, and a new version comes out every month and the old ones are tossed aside.

Technology has reached a new high in the form of learning. Education has always been a source of information, well now they have produced sources of information for education and its all on an easy e-reader. Education has become virtual, technical, and computer generated. Teachers can track students grades and progress online and share it with parents, students can send and receive assignments via the web, and textbooks have been replaced with kindles.

Even adults are swept up into the online fad of learning. During the hard times of unemployment many adults have turned to online education that allow them to update their skills without having to return the the actual classroom. Online learning has led to collaborations around the world and has opened up a whole new world of research opportunities.
